Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading or using Seven Keeper, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are not legally able to accept these terms, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.
What Seven Keeper provides
Seven Keeper provides tools to record scores, rounds, timers, history and statistics for a physical card game. It also includes a premium Solo Challenge against computer-controlled players. Solo Challenge is entertainment and practice software, not an official digital version of the physical game.
Physical game and rules
You need your own physical game to use the scorekeeping features. You are responsible for following the official rules and entering scores correctly. Seven Keeper's explanations are simplified assistance and do not override the official rules.
Keeper Plus
Keeper Plus is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase with no recurring subscription. It unlocks Solo Challenge and the other premium features shown in the app. The price and any applicable taxes are displayed by Apple before confirmation. Purchase, restoration and refund requests are handled through the App Store and remain subject to Apple's terms and platform availability.
Optional tips
Seven Keeper may offer voluntary consumable in-app purchases as tips. Every tip supports development but does not unlock content, improve odds, alter Solo Challenge decisions or provide a competitive advantage. Apple processes each transaction.
Free optional iCloud backup
iCloud backup is optional and Seven Keeper does not charge for it. Availability depends on your Apple Account, iCloud settings, network connection and Apple's services. You remain responsible for checking that a backup exists before deleting or replacing data. Apple terms also apply.
Acceptable use and ownership
You may use Seven Keeper for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly allows it. Seven Keeper's original code, interface, writing and artwork belong to OrionHQ. Third-party names, marks and game materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and responsibility
Seven Keeper is provided as available. Features may evolve, be corrected or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, OrionHQ is not responsible for score-entry mistakes, disputed game outcomes, data loss, service interruptions, bot decisions or indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when the app, purchases or services change. The current date appears above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law. Questions can be sent to contact@orionhq.fr.
